I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this doctor/surgeon. From the first time we met him we had a great feeling. That only got better as we went. He did a full hip replacement on my 55 year old husband. Not only were his surgical skills some of the best we’ve ever seen but his bedside manner was also fantastic. He explained EVERYTHING to both my husband and me very clearly and welcomed our questions. We were never rushed out of his office and felt as if he was personally involved in my husbands care 100%. He honored the fact I had concerns and would be caring for him as equally important and never dismissed my questions either. My husband is now 8 weeks out of surgery and has healed perfectly and you almost can’t tell he’s had surgery of such a magnitude. The office is run very well and very smooth. The day he had his surgery I had a mishap with the pharmacy closing early (Covid related) and had missed being able to pick up his prescriptions. The doctor on staff was SO comforting and got me all set up immediately with alternatives and what he needed. When my husband started physical therapy and his therapist discovered it was Dr Durbhakula that had performed his surgery, she immediately said his recovery would be great because he’d had the best surgeon he could have chosen. We couldn’t agree more! I cannot recommend him strongly enough.

Dr. Durbhakula performed my hip replacement surgery two weeks ago. After years of pain, stiffness decreased range of motion, and a limp, I sought his help several months prior. My situation was complicated by uneven leg length due to developmental hip dysplasia since childhood. Dr. D assessed my situation and explained clearly and in detail why a minimally invasive posterior procedure was the best and “safest” option for me. From the very beginning, Dr. D’s expertise, as well as his attentive, caring manner, inspired confidence and trust. I never doubted his ability to “fix” me. And he did! The surgery went smoothly. I went home the next day with less pain than before, my legs of equal length, and my hips aligned at last. It feels like a miracle.

Dr. Durbhakula, On my left hip revision, your the best. You informed me of things that my previous doctor didn’t see, on the key issues I was having with my pain with my left hip. You explained everything very clearly so I could understand. Only being 7 years on the first surgery I knew something was not right. Thanks again see you in 2 weeks!!
